Common questions

How do I book a provider?

Open the app, search licensed providers near you by service or location, pick a provider and a time, and confirm. Your provider travels to the address you choose.

How do payments work?

Payments are processed through Stripe inside the app. Prikme never stores your full card number. You'll receive a receipt by email after your visit.

How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Open the booking in the app and tap to cancel. Each provider sets their own cancellation policy, which is shown before you book. To reschedule, cancel and book a new time.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account and confirm with your password. Records that must be kept by law (such as signed medical forms) are retained as required; your login is permanently disabled. To request a copy of your records, email support@prikme.com.

Are providers verified?

Prikme reviews each provider's state license, NPI number, and insurance before they appear in search. Prikme is a technology marketplace and is not a healthcare provider; all services are performed by independent, licensed Providers who are solely responsible for the care they deliver.

Email support@prikme.com or use Settings → Contact Support in the app for help with your profile, pricing, payouts, or bookings.
