This Website Privacy Policy describes how Prikme, Inc., a Delaware corporation qualified to do business in California ("Prikme," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information collected through the public website operated by Prikme at prikme.com and any subdomains (collectively, the "Website"). The Website is the public-facing marketing and informational portal for the Prikme mobile applications, the Prikme web application, and related online services (collectively, the "Platform").

This Website Privacy Policy supplements, and does not replace, Prikme's Privacy Policy (the "Platform Privacy Policy"), which governs information collected through use of the Platform itself. If you visit the Website without taking any action that creates a Platform account, only this Website Privacy Policy applies. If you follow links from the Website to register for or use the Platform, both this Website Privacy Policy and the Platform Privacy Policy apply, and the Platform Privacy Policy controls with respect to your use of the Platform.

1. Scope

This Website Privacy Policy applies to all individuals who access the Website, including individuals who browse the Website without creating a Prikme account ("Visitors") and individuals who interact with the Website's contact, waitlist, or similar submission features. By accessing the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Website Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly.

The Website may, from time to time, offer the ability to submit a contact form, request a callback, sign up for a waitlist, or otherwise initiate communication with Prikme. If you choose to submit information through the Website, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, mobile telephone number, organizational affiliation, the content of your message, and any other information you elect to provide. As of the Effective Date, the Website does not host an email-based marketing waitlist or marketing-list signup form; if Prikme later introduces such features, this Website Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect the change.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically.

When you access the Website, we and our hosting provider automatically collect certain information about your visit, including: your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, the duration of your visit, and the country or region from which the request originated as inferred from your IP address. This information is collected through standard server log files maintained by our hosting provider for the limited purposes of operating the Website, diagnosing technical problems, and protecting against unauthorized access.

2.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies.

The Website uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies. These technologies are categorized as follows:

Strictly necessary cookies: required for core Website operation, including session management for any account-related functionality made available through the Website. These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core Website functionality.

Functional cookies: none used at this time.

Analytics cookies: none used at this time. The Website does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or any other web analytics or session-replay technology.

Advertising cookies: none used at this time. The Website does not currently use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking technologies.

Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you disable strictly necessary cookies, certain features of the Website may not function properly. If Prikme later introduces analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies, this Website Privacy Policy will be updated and, where required by law, additional notice or consent will be obtained before such cookies are placed on your device.

2.4 Sensitive Personal Information.

The Website does not knowingly collect sensitive personal information from Visitors. Sensitive personal information that you may submit through the Platform itself (such as health information, government-issued identifiers, or precise geolocation) is governed by the Platform Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described in Section 2 to: operate, maintain, and protect the Website; respond to inquiries and communications you submit; diagnose technical problems; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; comply with applicable law; and enforce these Website Terms of Use and our other agreements. We do not use information collected through the Website for cross-context behavioral advertising, profiling, or targeted advertising.

4. How We Share Information

We share information collected through the Website only as described in this Section.

4.1 With Service Providers.

We share information with vendors that provide services on Prikme's behalf and that are contractually limited to using personal information only as needed to perform their services. The vendors involved in the operation of the Website include:

Netlify, Inc. — static website hosting, CDN delivery, and DNS services for the Website. Netlify processes server log information including IP addresses and browser metadata for the limited purposes of delivering the Website.

GoDaddy.com, LLC — domain registration services for the prikme.com domain.

Resend (Resend Inc.) — transactional email delivery for any responses sent to inquiries you submit through the Website.

4.2 With the Platform.

If you click a link on the Website that takes you into the Prikme web or mobile Platform (for example, to create an account, sign in, or open the public web application), the information you submit on the Platform is governed by the Platform Privacy Policy and is processed by the Platform's service providers, which include Supabase, Inc., Stripe, Inc., Twilio Inc., and others identified in the Platform Privacy Policy.

4.3 For Legal and Safety Reasons.

We may disclose information when required to comply with applicable law, valid legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our agreements; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Prikme, our users, or others; and to investigate or prevent suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of our policies.

4.4 Business Transfers.

If Prikme is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of its assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

4.5 Aggregate or De-Identified Information.

We may use and share aggregate or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual.

4.6 No Sale or Sharing for Advertising.

Prikme does not "sell" or "share" personal information collected through the Website as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"). Prikme does not integrate Meta/Facebook Pixel, Google Ads SDK, TikTok Pixel, or any other third-party advertising or cross-context behavioral tracking technology in the Website.

5. Data Retention

We retain information collected through the Website only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Website Privacy Policy and to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations. Server log files are retained for ninety (90) days from the date of collection unless required for an active security or fraud investigation. Information you submit through the Website's contact or waitlist features is retained for the duration of our correspondence with you and for up to two (2) years thereafter, unless you request earlier deletion.

6. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Website against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These safeguards include encryption of data in transit via HTTPS, hardened server configurations maintained by our hosting provider, and least-privilege access controls. No method of electronic transmission or storage is one hundred percent secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Privacy Rights

7.1 California Residents.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:

Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purposes for collecting personal information, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal information.

Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.

Right to correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. As stated in Section 4.6, Prikme does not sell or share personal information through the Website, so no opt-out mechanism is currently required; if Prikme's practices change in the future, an opt-out link titled "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" will be made available on the Website footer.

Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to purposes specified in California Civil Code section 1798.121. Prikme does not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the Website, so no separate limitation request is currently required.

Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of the foregoing rights.

To exercise these rights, contact Prikme at the email or mailing address in Section 13. Prikme will verify your identity before responding, typically by confirming information already associated with your communication. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with appropriate documentation.

7.2 Shine the Light.

Prikme does not disclose personal information collected through the Website to third parties for those parties' direct marketing purposes within the meaning of California Civil Code section 1798.83.

7.3 Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track.

The Website honors the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for users in jurisdictions where GPC has legal effect. Because Prikme does not sell or share personal information collected through the Website, the practical effect of a GPC signal on the Website is currently confirmation that no opt-out is required. Most major browsers do not yet honor a uniform "Do Not Track" signal; the Website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser settings.

8. Children's Privacy

The Website is not directed to and may not be used by individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under thirteen (13) years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under thirteen (13), we will promptly delete that information.

9. Communications

As of the Effective Date, the Website does not send marketing email or marketing SMS to Visitors. If you submit a contact form or otherwise initiate communication with us through the Website, we will use your contact information to respond to your inquiry. If Prikme later introduces marketing email or SMS features, separate opt-in consent will be obtained as required by applicable law.

10. International Visitors

The Website is hosted in the United States and is designed for visitors located in the United States. If you access the Website from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your country of residence.

11. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites and resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party. Your use of any third-party website or resource is at your own risk and subject to the privacy practices of that third party.

12. Changes to This Website Privacy Policy

We may update this Website Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this Website Privacy Policy and, where reasonably practicable, by additional notice on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Website Privacy Policy.
