Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about booking licensed mobile aesthetics β€” and about becoming a provider on Prikme.

For clients

What is Prikme?

Prikme is a marketplace that connects you with independent, licensed mobile aesthetic providers who come to your home, office, or event. You browse providers near you, compare their profiles and pricing, and book β€” starting in Los Angeles.

How much does it cost to book?

Booking through Prikme is free for clients. You pay your provider for the treatment itself, at the prices they set and show on their profile before you book. There is no booking fee added to your bill.

What treatments can I book?

Providers on Prikme offer services like Botox and wrinkle relaxers, dermal and lip fillers, IV drip therapy, Kybella, PDO threads, microneedling, chemical peels, weight-loss injections, vitamin injections, facials, and more. Each provider lists exactly what they offer.

Where is Prikme available?

Prikme is launching in the Los Angeles area and expanding across California from there. Join the waitlist on our home page to be the first to know when we go live near you.

How do I book an appointment?

Pick your treatment, date, and group size, browse the licensed providers available in your area, compare their profiles and pricing, and then book or request a time. Your provider comes to you, you review and sign any consent forms in the app, and you pay through Prikme.

Can I book for a group, party, or event?

Yes. Prikme is great for Botox parties, bridal parties, birthdays, and corporate wellness days. You can book for a group of any size, and each guest completes their own private intake forms.

How do I pay?

Payment is handled securely in the app with your card. You are only charged for the care you receive from your provider.

What is the cancellation policy?

Each provider sets their own cancellation and deposit policy, which is shown on their profile and at checkout before you confirm β€” so you always know the terms up front.

How do I choose a provider I can trust?

Every provider profile shows their credentials, the services they offer, their pricing, and real reviews from past Prikme bookings. You can compare providers side by side before you decide.

For providers

Who can become a provider on Prikme?

Prikme is for independent, licensed professionals β€” MD, DO, NP, PA, or RN β€” practicing within their scope. Each provider submits their license, NPI number, and malpractice insurance for review before they can be booked.

How much does Prikme cost providers?

A flat $29 per completed booking. There is no monthly subscription, no setup or sign-up fee, and no percentage of your earnings taken. You are only charged after a booking is completed, and your clients never see or pay this fee.

How do I join as a provider?

Download the Prikme app, sign up as a provider, and submit your license, NPI, and malpractice insurance. Once reviewed and approved, you can set up your services, pricing, and schedule and start accepting bookings.

Can I set my own prices and schedule?

Yes. You run your own independent practice on Prikme β€” you set your own prices, services, availability, and policies. Prikme handles the busywork: bookings, payments, digital consent forms, and reminders.

How and when do I get paid?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and paid out to your connected bank account. The flat $29 fee is only deducted on completed bookings.

Can a business or med spa join with a team?

Yes. Prikme supports business accounts that manage a team of providers, with shared services, pricing, and scheduling. Reach out through the app to set one up.

Safety, privacy & trust

Is Prikme a medical provider?

No. Prikme is a technology marketplace that connects clients with independent, licensed providers and businesses. Providers are not employees or agents of Prikme. Prikme does not provide medical services, employ providers, or direct or control the care they deliver.

Are the providers really licensed and vetted?

Yes. Every provider is an independent, licensed professional. Before a provider can be booked, we review their professional license, NPI number, and malpractice insurance.

Is my medical and personal information private?

Protecting your information is a priority. Your medical information is encrypted and visible only to you and the provider you book. It is handled in line with applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA.

What should I know before an at-home treatment?

You will be cared for by an independent, licensed professional whose credentials and reviews you can see in advance. As with any medical aesthetic treatment, you review and sign informed-consent forms with your provider, who is responsible for the care they deliver. If you have specific medical questions, discuss them with your provider.
